Ipsos Platform &Log in Info Needed

Hi smiling smiley it's been awhile since I shopped for Ipsos and unsure where their current log in is, what platform they are using, etc. I cannot log into sassie ..get msg that my email is unrecognizable but can log in thru shopmetrics but it's not letting me change my PW

Were you a GFK member before Ipsos bought them? If so, use your GFK login and password to login to the Ipsos Sassie platform. If not, you simply sign up for Ipsos Sassie platform like you do for any other MSC on Sassie. Fill out the questionnaire and agree to the terms.

How does one contact IPSOS besides via schedulers?
There is a question about the last payment I received..
