Sassie Payments

Are we getting paid today for shops completed on Sassie? I did tons of them last week and I have not seen "Payment pending" yet, the ones that were previously paid still show as "payment pending"... frustrating...

Sassie is a platform for dozens of MSCs. Sassie does not make payments, the MSCs make payments. Not all MSCs pay the same way. Some use PayPal, some use EFT, some send checks. What MSC are you concerned about?

There are only a few MSCs (including one large MSC) which pay more frequently than monthly. Having to wait two months is common for some MSCs. A few MSCs take longer than that. On occasion an MSC goes out of business and shoppers end up being unsecured creditors in bankruptcy court which often means no recovery; stick around a few years and you might see that first hand.

There are a few MSCs who notoriously do not post payments in Sassie regularly.

Remember too that shoppers aren't employees. We are ICs and often MSCs treat us as the lowest class of their vendors. (However there are MSCs which both value and respect shoppers.)

I actually overlooked the timing aspect of your post. Are you really expecting payment today for the shops you did last week? If so, in general, you are going to be sadly disappointed. The only MSC that I do shops for that pays anywhere near the quickly is InTouch Insight for convenience stores on iSecretShop. I am now getting payments from MSCs which use Sassie for shops that I did in November and December.

Coyle.

Ipsos Sassie payments have been wonky the last few weeks. Some old ones are still saying payment pending and I'm not sure which shops have been paid and which shops have not.

I have never had anything but exactly on-time payments from Coyle, except for one which was a day or two early.

The worst is Cirrus. Excessively long payment terms which then frequently are not met.
