How to call Ipsos

Is there a way to call the Ipsos schedulers? I am having a problem with a gas station shop.

Lots of luck. If your scheduler has a phone number on his or her emails, you might be able to reach him/her. Otherwise, trying to call IPSOS is an exercise in futility. They publish an email address for shoppers to use if they need answers, but those emails either get bounced back or go into some black hole somewhere.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
IPSOS Insight LLC's main phone number is (212) 265-3200. You will likely have just as good of a chance connecting with someone by placing a note in a bottle and dropping it in the Atlantic. With luck, it will arrive on the coast of France and be found by someone willing to drive it to Ipsos Group S.A.'s headquarters in Paris.

Just e-mail the scheduler.
I began working with IPSOS quite recently and have had a completely different experience. My emails have been consistently returned within 24 hours and sooner if I marked them as time sensitive. Shocked (and sorry) to hear of the negative experiences of others.

The best is yet to come...

24 hours is great don't get me wrong. But here they are referring to an issue in the moment. This is a huge issue with the industry in my opinion as people go really far distances to do shops and anything can happen. It was not until I got into video shopping did I see that companies can actually be on call and willing to help you at a moments notice.
Everyone for the company works from home and sets their own hours. That's why it's hard to get a hold of them. Most schedulers use their private cell phones for work as well so they don't give it out. You have to call or email the main line and mark it as 'urgent'.

Not exactly. IPSOS employees over 1,800 full time in the US and 16,400 people world wide. Most work in office towers. However, schedulers and editors are not IPSOS employees; they are independent contractors and typically work from their homes. Like mystery shoppers, the lead busy lives. Some are also mystery shoppers themselves.
if you email Kate, she always responds(she’s on vacation till the 21st now though) though it’s often during hours many of are sleeping (2-4 AM). the other schedulers there lol… good luck

Yes, and very few are involved in mystery shopping. That is a remarkably small bit of IPSOS' business. Advertising, business, health, and political survey research and consulting are all significantly more.
.
Makes me miss MaritzCX. They were so easy to get a hold of and so nice. Now that IPSOS took them over, they suck.
