The only one they had in my area pre-COVID was the dominant mid-Atlantic regional chain. There have not been any since COVID. I am not surprised. I used to have to look for out-of-stock items - well, lots of items have been out of stock. Most stores (depending on the owner) require the use of the kiosk for deli orders, and they put them in a cold case for pickup. So, what is the purpose of asking "how long until you were greeted, were you offered a sample, was the time to get your order reasonable, did they smile?"
