I've noticed that the owner of QACi has just joined the forum.
There is a dinner shop I am interested in doing for them. However, it says in the e-mail that once I am assigned a shop, they will send me an example of what they expect in the report. That makes me hesitant.
"If accepted for the shop a sample report showing the questions and the way they are to be written will be sent to you by the scheduler."
Also, the job description is:
"Dining room shop; PM dinner 5-8 PM any day of the week. Budget $100 for two. Please read the CSI fully for the role plays and other requirements (photos of food items included) to have the report accepted. Very nice upscale casual dining concept. Great beer list. Very focused on gluten free offerings and handling allergies. If you are chosen to do the shop a sample report will be sent to you so you understand what is required of you."
There is no indication of a shop fee, it appears to me to be a reimbursement only shop.
Are these Coyle type reports or something else?
