These are fairly easy, you're listening to a pitch to buy a discounted vacation / timeshare presentation. You audio record the interaction and fill out a form.
The most difficult thing about this, I think, is to make sure you're in a position to do the pre-interaction observations without appearing like you're scoping out the kiosk. If it's busy, it's not hard. But if it's not, you have to browse very unobtrusively yet not miss anything that happens while you're doing so.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
I did this one time. The kiosk was located towards the back of the store. I browsed in the clothing aisles while keeping my eye on the rep. It wasn't busy and the rep didn't have any interactions during my browsing time. During my interaction with the rep, I just listened and asked some basic questions. It wasn't hard. Go for it.
And I have found that the MSC has a good, positive attitude.

Agree! I've had lots of great interactions with David and the rest of the team. They're great to deal with and very helpful especially when things go a little bit sideways.
Thanks so much everyone! We are a smaller company that focuses on the travel industry. We’re known as timeshare shopping experts having done this almost 20 years! We consider our shoppers as partners and do our best to be respectful, understanding and AVAILABLE! We’ve had some shoppers cause us major headaches over the years, but the ones who give us respect back are well rewarded. We pay twice a month VIA ACH and pay shoppers before we’re paid. Our team has been together forever and we truly love what we do. We vacation for a living! I feel like we’ve been a well kept secret for many years and honestly we need more AWESOME shoppers. We’ve grown even over the pandemic. Looking forward to working with more of you and getting you back to vacationing!!!

Check out our company site at www.market-approach.com!

Our shopper sign up is at [MarketApproach.ClientSmart.com]

And the kiosk shops are a fantastic way to get your feet wet with our company! We reward shoppers who are successful with their shops. This includes resorts in Hawaii, Mexico and The Caribbean! Lots of fun places : )

Thanks!
Kimberly
Once you complete these kiosk shops there is annoying follow up which I didn't like. You will be pressured to take their spiel offer ON THE SPOT. You don't really ask questions, as I recall, just listen, then relate all that was presented in detail.

Are they asking for e-mail or phone information? Are you allowed to give fake info?
You are not supposed to sign up for anything nor do you provide any personal info. Not sure what the reference to “annoying follow up” would be…
There are a couple of questions you have to ask if the rep doesn't address the topics during the presentation. But if the rep is doing his/her job in a spot-on way, you probably won't have to.

Agreed, Kim and David are great to work with! I really enjoy working with them and I've done all of the variety of travel shops they offer. They pay quickly, are very responsive, and are helpful even if you make a mistake once in a while. :-)
