Yes, there is a recent thread about this precise topic. Pick up the phone and call them. Help Desk often sends the "Out of Office", so that alone would not disturb me. But Help Desk is very likely to give you a mush reply and you would need to kick it up a rung. If there have been no issues of late, it may well be just a glitch.
This happened to me a while back and I called them. The button reappeared the next day, so it just might be a glitch as the previous posted suggested.
I agree with Flash. Something must be wrong. Look at it this way...if you have invested hundreds of shopping hours in a company, at least invest 1 hour to find out what went wrong.
