I told them we need the state search feature back, and I believe they will bring it back. The reply I received said they want our feedback to make it better. I think they are well aware that it is a train wreck.

I also dislike the very slow time it takes for the app to sync and have largely stopped reporting from the field because of that. Collect the data and report from the desk top at and of day works for me.

Frankly, I think that Shopmetrics ought fire all those responsible for the redesign for willfully harming the company's product and reputation. But, management probably loves the pretty new bucket-of-bolts.

I didn't like the old interface much, and I'm not sure this one is any better. I do like some things about it. But on the first shop I took through this, I got a prompt that I had to "accept" the job. Couldn't find any "accept" button;p as it turns out I had to do the certification before the accept option appeared. I knew I had to do the cert, but this process wasn't intuitive at all. I still wish they'd have a separate menu selection for "pending jobs," instead of putting all completed jobs in "pay."

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
And you have to "Accept" each individual shop. There is not an "Accept all" option as there had been. Sure wish Sassie had an "Confirm all" option as well.
