IPSOS Due Date

I get really annoyed by the difficulty in communicating with Ipsos. I have an assigned job that was scheduled for yesterday. I wanted to reschedule it for today so I emailed this request. The project has no specific scheduler so I had to email the general Ipsos inbox. Of course I haven't heard anything back yet. While the shop says scheduled for 3/21, the due date is 3/22. Does anyone know if that means I can perform it today, 3/22? While I feel like it may be ok, I'm hesitant to go do the job and then find out afterwards it had to be performed on the scheduled date.

Ipsos really needs to change the way we can communicate with them, IMO. Sometimes I need a phone number to call. Even if they email later today it will probably be too late for me to then complete the shop today. Frustrated.

Sure, you can do the job today. The 3 22 date is the latest to do it while the 3 21 date is the earliest.
So many things changed with covid-- including suddenly becoming unable to shop due to reported contact with someone infected.

I recall they made a change on one specific group of shops, where instead of one day to perform the shop, we had almost the whole week. The project manager sent an email about it, a few months ago. (If you started these shops after that email went out, you might not know this.)

So they would list the date you applied for, or the earliest day to shop, but it would not be due for several days. We still had to report within a certain number of hours once the shop was done.

Probably to keep from having to reschedule zillions of shops everyday, with a shortage of shoppers AND schedulers.

If the shop is in Sassie you should generally be able to reschedule it yourself from Sassie. If it expires it goes back on the job board the next morning early in the morning like 5 or 6 AM and it's open to be reclaimed..
