IPSOS website: Where is the "Need Assistance" box?

"If you have an account question, we invite you to use our chatbot on ishopforipsos.com! Click on the "Need Assistance" box to get started."

For some unknown (and unknowable! ) reason (or, more likely, no reason at all), IPSOS sent my payment to the wrong e-mail account. They must retrieve it and resend it to the correct e-mail account.

The above is part of the totally unhelpful automatic e-mail response I received.

I can't for the life of me locate this "Need Assistance" on the website.

Anybody tell me how to find it? Please?
