Anyone having issues with Second To None's website or app?

The past week or so I've run into issues when I try to submit my grocery store reports, both on their website and on their app. I'll hit "Done" and it circles for awhile and then boots me off. Yesterday I did a grocery store shop and thought I submitted my report, but when I logged in today it shows it is still active. I went back in and everything was entered, so I just hit "Done" and "Submit" again. I emailed the scheduler to let her know what happened, but now it appears my report is a day late. Has this situation happened to anyone with STN? I'm doing a lot of shops for them and hope I don't get penalized.

I have a Pixel 6 phone, and after the last update the app is not even compatible with my device, so I have gone strictly to using the phone web browser. I did lose one yesterday when it inadvertently closed, but was able to just reenter.

I also have a pixel 6 and lost the app. I let the scheduler know and Lauren said she's looking into it. I also have found that from time to time on the website the done button doesn't appear. However when I go back in the shop is still there. I just needs to be resubmitted.

YES, I had problems submitting two grocery shops for them this week!! On a lark, I tried something, and it worked...so I'll share it here....

When I got to the end of my first report, I got to the "Review" tab and it wouldn't Review!! It just did...nothing!! So, I opened up a different browser, and the report was all still there. And when I clicked the pages and finally got to the end, I clicked "Review" and it went through on this second browser!! I was able to get to the "Done" tab, and clicked Done, and it all went through!! SUCCESS!! At least for the FIRST report!!

***BUT THE ODD THING*** was this....I did my SECOND report on this second browser that I had opened up, thinking it would all go through, and that the problem must have been with the first browser I used! NOPE...got to the end, and it wouldn't get into the "Review" section again. EGADS!! This was frustrating!! SOooooo......I went BACK into the FIRST browser, and the report was all there again. So I clicked all the pages and got to Review, and it went through, to the "Done" page, and I was able to click "Done"! Oh my word.....how frustrating was that?????

So I emailed my scheduler and gave her the LONG story, just like here, and asked her to send it on to their IT people. She said she would. I don't know if anything has been fixed. This was on Thursday, the 14th.

So if anyone reading this has the same problem, try doing what I did. Maybe it'll help. I hope so.

I don't know if they fixed the problem that you are having.. But I do know that I did 3 second to None shops yesterday 4/16 and had no trouble using the app. All of my shops went through and I got the emails proving that I submitted them.

Glad to hear the app worked for you! No, I forgot to mention that I was talking about using the website on my laptop. I've never reported using the app....I have it on my phone and use it to find shops, but I've never reported from it. Maybe I ought to!!
