No Prestomap Insta-shops

When I open prestomap I see lots of blue and orange pins. When I log in, all blue pins are gone and the map says no insta-shops available in my area. My roommate, who is also a shopper, sees plenty of blue pins. Does anyone have an idea as to why I might not have any available? I've also tried searching by company name and nothing comes up either. Would love to do a little shopping but seems like I'm currently unable to. Thanks for any suggestions or ideas!

Maybe 20? I see all the orange pins, I just don't see any blue pins at all. The presto/insta shops are the ones I don't see. I'm specifically looking for one with a chain that I have done several of in the past. I see them on the map, and see them on my roomate's map but there are none available for me. Maybe I did too many or maybe I'm someow on a ban (?) from presto? Thanks for any thoughts!

Look at the top of the page on presto. At the top right it says "Insta" in blue, and "Mystery" in orange. My page, when im at home, shows "I Insta: 1" and "M Mystery: 9" and because I have the orange pins turned off, the "M Mystery" is greyish orange. I don't search for Sassie shops on Presto, so i don't need to see those pins.

Does your "Insta" show a number next to it? If it's showing a number you should be able to click on it and see the pins on your map. You can also move the map to other areas to see if there are pins somewhere further away.

Thanks for that. No, mine shows that there's none by me. I did try zooming way out and saw that there are some I'm able to see. So, I guess maybe I've done too many close to home? My map will actuall say there are no insta-shops in your area. I did a bunch over three days so maybe I'm blocked out? At least changing the map showed some so all hope is not lost.

Have you claimed Insta-shops in the past and then let them fall off without completing them? Or did you receive a request via email to complete a W9 for Presto and haven't submitted it yet? Those are the only reasons I can think of that they would prohibit you from seeing blue pins if you have been seeing them in the past. Maybe it is just a glitch that will settle out.

No, I haven't ever claimed a shop I didn't complete. I also haven't had any requests for tax forms. I did complete one shop yesterday pretty far from my area. Miraculously after completeing that shop, my map is now full of pins again today. Strange! Well, whatever caused it, I'm happy that I can now do shops again!

turn your phone or computer off, then turn back on again - and magically they appear

I know when I was running small instashops for a specific convenience/gas chain, it allowed me to have 9 claimed and I could see the rest...but after I had claimed 10, the rest were hidden.

After I did one of the 10 to be down to 9 again, they all reappeared.

I also had a situation a week ago when I was signed in I couldn't see ANY pins...but after I logged out, I could THEN see them on the map. Chalked it up to a glitch, things went fine the next day as normal.
