Issues with IPSOS - warning, long post

It is NOT just the schedulers who delete assignments without telling us. THEIR STAFF AND SENIOR STAFF DO THE SAME THING! It is their culture. You just don't matter that much. I call it: Shops going "poof" off of my schedule...no emails, no notice, no call, nothing. When I inquire to my scheduler.....crickets.

I do agree that the culture at ipsos is not shopper friendly at all. They have proven through their behavior that they think we are about as bright as a brick. The tactics that they use prove over and over again that they really just don't care about shoppers very much. They're not all bad, and there is still money to be made. And, some of their schedulers are really amazing people. But the rampant removal of shops after they have been assigned is a huge red flag that they really don't care. I'm not going to repeat all of the other stuff that have been in many of my rants here on this forum in previous posts.

I wish that IPSOS Project Managers knew . . .

How can we find out who the project managers are?

This is an excellent question that has not yet been answered. I would be grateful to find out who is in charge of some of IPSOS' projects. I am doubtful that anyone will post information that is not readily available to everyone, but it would be helpful to know how to escalate an issue when a scheduler is not responsive (other than using the generic email, which is largely ignored). Thanks for asking @Lacey smiling smiley

Sorry to say you have given enough information to positively identify you.

No need to be sorry - that was the intent. The company knows me in real life (under this handle) and they fixed the issue. It was a win/win smiling smiley
