GBW contact?

Does anyone have contact info for payment inquiries at GBW? I did two jobs for them, and for reasons I dont want to go into because it would identify me if they read these boards, I dont care to contact any of the NUMEROUS schedulers who hassled me over those two lousy jobs. I already fired them, and am just waiting to get paid so i can delete my account.

So...does anyone have a payment contact?

I cannot find specific contacts listed on their website but if you log into the portal and select "My Enquiry" (their spelling, not mine) from the links at the top of the page, you can submit a ticket. I have completed one shop for GBW, and it took quite a while to receive payment. GBW's policy is that they pay 4-6 weeks after the end of the month in which you completed the shop (i.e., if you shopped on June 1, you could be paid as late as 8/11).

GBW pays about 6 weeks after the end of the month in which you did the audit. If it has been longer, you can contact through that system shown by the previous reply. I have done several audits for them and my only real complaint is that they pay very slowly.
