Market Force mobile store compliance audits

I just signed up to do security & compliance audits at mobile phone stores with Market Force, and I did my first one yesterday. Surprisingly, the audit itself went fairly quickly - there were enough associates working at the store that I did not have to wait for them to finish with customers. But I encountered an issue with uploading photographs into my report- out of four, only one was successfully uploaded. I've never had this issue in all the years I've been mystery shopping. The shop instructions only say that the shopper must know how to take photos that are the right size and to be able to size them down if necessary. But if I crop the photo, it will defeat the purpose and won't be accepted. It was so frustrating that I just ended up emailing the photos to the helpdesk. What worries me is, what if they determine that my photos are not acceptable and reject the shop? I've done one out of four so far. I've never shopped for this company before. Obviously, I want to do these audits to the best of my ability, but I am worried about the possibility of having them rejected because the photo uploads did not work. I've emailed helpdesk several times - it's frustrating that I'm not working with a scheduler whose name I know and who responds to my questions personally. This company seems to not have that personal touch. Does anyone have any helpful tips and/or what is your impression of working with Market Force?

I think it's been discussed here before. I think the consensus was it's quick and easy if customers don't come in to interrupt the process but can be long if the store gets busy.
I beleive you are allowed to leave after two hours whether you've finished the audit or not. The first one I did went like this: initial greeting, answered a few questions, employee excused himself to the back room, returned a few minutes later, and all his friends showed up needing a new phone. I received no further assistance. I truely believe he called up a bunch of people and asked them to come to the store so he didn't need to answer my questions. I basically stood there twiddling my thumbs until the two hours were up. I've done one other location twice (for twice the pay!) where everything went smoothly and I was in and out (both times) in 30 minutes or less.
That was pretty brazen of the associate, because if his manager looks into this and figures out that he called these people to avoid the audit, he could get written up. These audits are mandatory. I did not know that the shop will still be accepted even if it's not completed as long as I remain in the store for two hours. That's good to know. I was worried that I'd have to abandon the shop if it gets to the point where it's taking way too long.
I did this location in October of 2020. I do not know if the requirements are still the same. If this is still the case, the information should be easy to verify on your instructions.
You can use paint, that comes native with Windowsto change the size of the pictures without cropping.
Email the pictures to qualitycontrol@marketforce.com and ref the shop ID #. Explain and QC will upload for you.

Are you trying to upload the pics with the associted questions or at the end of the report where photo uploads can also be done ? And what message are you getting?

I do these and just take normal pictures. They could be up to 8M, very high res. Never had an issue loading these and submitting.
