Sometimes with the various companies, one or the other browser will work better than others. First go, I generally just try another browser if I am having a problem with one of the sites. Most of the time, that will clear up the problem. However, at times, for one reason or another, you may have to reactivate your account. Although I have shopped off and on for years, I have sometimes gone years between shops with any given company, and may end up deactivated. Sometimes, that is cleared up with an email, at other times, I've had to sign up for a new account. Some want you to check in at least every six months or so, others not so much.
