Hey all! Still very new to this but I am doing my best to get the hang of everything and get organized so that I can make this more of a regular gig.

I was wondering if anyone here has a list of payment schedules for the different mystery shopper companies? They each vary so much and many have clauses in their contracts stating that if you haven't reported non-payment in 60 days that they dont have to pay you. The thing is depending on the company you may not get paid for near to 60 days. (My husband is an attorney so I always read the fine print.)

I am trying to put a list together myself, but don't want to reinvent the wheel if I don't have to. I would be more than happy to share it if that is allowed. From reading through the forum it looks like the different payout schedules can really end up screwing independent contractors over so something like this could help out somewhat in preventing that.

Hey all! I have been working on a Google doc for this but will list what info I have gathered here as well. Still a work in progress, but this is what I have so far.

Company How They Pay When They Pay

Marketforce - Direct Deposit / Check -
No later than the 20th of the month following the shop

IPSOS (shopmetrics)- Paypal - 7-10 business days after shop

IPSOS (sassie)- Paypal - 7-10 business days after shop

Second 2 None - Paypal/ Direct Deposit - Payments are made between the 15th and 20th of each month for successfully completed shops, with required documentation submitted, from the previous calendar month.

Bestmark - Gift Card/ Paypal/ Direct Deposit -Payments are processed on the 15th day of each month, and on the last day of each month (or the closest business day if the 15th day or last day falls on a weekend). Shops completed by the 5th of each month will be processed on the 15th, and shops that are completed between the 6th and the 20th of the month will be processed on the last day of the month. Depending upon your payment method, funds are generally available within 24 hours of payment processing.

Bare International - Paypal/ Direct Deposit/ Western Union Money Transfer - At the end of the month following the report's finalization. (End of current month if final or maybe end of next month?)

Intellishop - Paypal

Marketstat - Payment submitted to email via checkbook.io - Shoppers are paid within 15 to 45 days from the date of submitted and accepted report.

360 Relay - Paypal/ Venmo - Shoppers are paid with 25 days of submitting an acceptable report and valid receipt.

Customer Impact - Paypal/ Direct Deposit -
Merchandisers are paid between the 20th and 25th of the month following the completed assignment.

Mintel - Direct Deposit - Invoices are processed twice a month: Once on the 15th (or the Friday before, if the 15th falls on a weekend) and again on the last day of the month (or the Friday before, if the last day of the month falls on a weekend). To ensure payment, please be sure to submit your invoices before these dates. Note: Many assignments require you to wait until the end of the month before submitting your invoice.

A Customer's Point of View - Paypal/ Direct Deposit- Shops that are submitted between the 1st and 15th of the month are paid by the 1st of the following month. Shops submitted between the 16th and the 31st of the month will be paid by the 15th of the following month.
