IShopFirst Payment?

I did an Ipsos IShopFirst shop over a month ago. My location didn't have any pick-up service. I notified Ipsos, who changed my shop to 'Received' with a $10 payment, but there is no 'paid on' date showing. Of course, they don't respond to e-mail. Has anyone been paid for that type of shop from Ipsos?

Why not reach out to the scheduler who takes over the "ishopfirst" assignments?

Meaning, for California, the national Chinese fast food company goes with "ishopfirst" for the first couple weeks. Then Karen Holland takes over the assignments that don't get filled for CA and a few other states.

So whatever shop you did has a scheduler that takes over them at some point. Reach out to that person and they might help you since the general mailbox for ipsos is useless.
