Ipsos Car Dealership Calls

Has anyone done one of these shops? There's a bunch listed for $9.

This is all the information given:

I just signed up for one to see what they're all about. You're basically just trying to see if you can get an appointment with the service department, but decline actually making the appointment at the end of the call. That part seems easy enough. However, there are waaaaay more questions on the report form than I would like for a $9 shop. You have to write about how the service department handled the appointment-setting, your satisfaction with the call, etc., and there are several questions requiring narratives. Then onto the web inquiry. That part is even more involved. You have to answer several questions about how easy or hard it was to navigate the site, as well as input all the opening and closing times for each day of the week. I mean, seriously, 14 separate boxes for each day's opening and closing times. A screenshot isn't enough? Oy. And then there are a few questions requiring narratives on any positives and negatives, and level of satisfaction, regarding the website. Plus a few screenshots to upload.

I'm not going to request any more of these.

Hello, how did you get assigned these? I did some before for $7 but now when I click on it, it says I need the qualification test. When I search for the test, it comes up on the drop down box but no where for me to take the test.
Thanks.

In the Shop Log, you click on Test and Qualifications. At the bottom of the drop-down list, there should be a blue button that says Shopper Testing Center. Click on that and it takes you to another page.

There will be a long list of tests. Underneath the heading called Tests That Grant This Qualification, is another dropdown list where you can filter results to just the one you want.

That’s exactly what I did and it says that there are no tests matching my Criteria.
I'm with you. Even tho you don't have to burn any gas, way too much time for the pay.

Plus you have to enter contact info in order to see what the next appointment time is available online. I make up contact info but still additional time. If you give them real contact info you've now made it into their database and who knows what spam.
