They are a pain in the neck. The merchandising part is easy. But tracking down a manager, waiting for them to become available, enduring their silent eye rolls as you ask them to place orders (Observa tasks turn you in to a salesperson, photographer, merchandiser all at once!), taking inventory and hoping the pictures are exactly what they want. If you can find some of Observa's $7 projects where you take 1 or 2 pictures of a certain product, those are fine as fillers. They seem to pay quickly on those and accept almost all. Do 3 of those in 30 minutes instead - less aggravating!
