Helion Research - what to do

Hi, has anyone worked for them recently?

I'm doing a web shop for them. I'm supposed to write an email to a company, the company replies and then I am supposed to wait for 4 full days to see if that company sends a follow-up email.

Their survey deadline is tomorrow, but I'm supposed to wait for 3 extra days so I can take a print screen of the follow-up email.
I have emailed repeatedly to the scheduler to ask questions, nobody answered in 2 days.

What should I do?!

Should I not send the survey until the deadline, because I cannot answer all the questions?
Or should I send the survey in time, to get paid, even if I cannot answer all the questions?

I would check the wrong answers... just to be paid.
What else should I do?
Yes, I've done a bunch of these. My panel manager told me that I just needed to email her to let her know I've completed the web inquiry, and she will go in and adjust the due date to give time for the follow-up. My messages were simply "I've sent the inquiry for Job #12345. Please adjust the due date."

It can be a little stressful because she rarely adjusted the due dates right away. With her being in Europe and me in the US, there was always a lag time between communication. And she took a few days off here and there, so I just waited. The shop will show as Overdue until your panel manager makes the adjustment, but they won't penalize you for that. So, do not try to submit the incomplete survey. Just notify your panel manager and wait.

Thank you so much, I know what to do now.
Helion arbeitet sehr unprofessionell.

According to Google translate: Helion works very unprofessionally.
I have taken on a few very complex jobs for Helion and for the most part have not been paid for it. Often there were ambiguities in the scenario description and repeated requests/corrections for a very low salary. The fee is set completely underground and the communication is very lengthy and complicated.
You better keep your hands off it. There are better and more competent portals.
Especially telephone "home office orders" are very intensive and nerve-wracking for just a few euros...if they are then paid out.
