Text Message from MF Scheduler

I received a text message from an MF scheduler Friday afternoon asking if I could complete a XX shop... She did not give any information other than her name..

I texted her back a couple of hours later (after I eat supper) and asked which location, the pay, and the dates of the shop .

As of Saturday afternoon, I have not received a reply back.

Either

1) The shop has been filled

2) This scheduler does not work on the weekends

I don't think I have ever received a text message from an MF scheduler.

Are they pretty good about returning text messages and do they work on weekends?

If they want this shop done, she could have at least reply back unless she does not work on weekends..

I know some schedulers work on weekends and some don't

I have texted other schedulers from other MSC and they usually reply back with in an few minutes or a few hours..

The Market Force schedulers work from home and won't likely respond if they are off duty, so it could be a couple days.

@Isaiah4031a - Curios if you ever got a reply? If you didn't can you DM me who the scheduler was? They don't all use text and I would love to set some clear guidelines with the department head as needed. Thanks!

I’ve been getting fairly regular texts from some MF schedulers. It’s sure a nice way to get my shops scheduled without hearing the piano hold music!

Sometimes the piano hold music is good.

I don't mind the text messages from schedulers as long as they reply back one way or the other.

There was one time I texted a scheduler (Another MSC) and I asked a question about a shop that I was thinking about doing.. They reply back with the answer to my question... I text back and I said I would like the shop on this day,,.. A few minutes later they text back saying that the shop was assigned to me. They also said that I will be getting a e-mail

Yeah, that piano hold music reminds me of the wait time after getting a shot of novocaine before the work starts...
