What Companies Pay for Referring a New Shopper?

I have a couple of friends who seriously want to get into mystery shopping. I've been doing this for 10+ years and would only recommend people that I know will be top quality, responsible shoppers. I am taking time to train my friends to shorten the growth curve and set them up for success. I've been looking to see about a bonus for referring friends who complete shops, but outside of Ellis, I'm not coming up with many. One of my schedulers said they only offer $5. To me, if I am bringing them a new reliable shopper that should be worth at least $50. More $ if the shopper has specialties such as military base access, badged airport access, airline club access, remote areas, etc. It would be nice to see ongoing bonuses for referred shoppers who continue to hit benchmarks like 25, 50, 75, 100... shops completed.

What companies do you know that offer referral bonuses and what does everyone think?

Sorry to say the most I've seen is $10 after they complete their first shop. Some not even that it appears ISS gives you a "badge".

Thank you for all the input so far. I'm happy to say that I've shopped for all 4 companies, as well as many, many others. I started running down my list and got discouraged. As we know, half of the fun of mystery shopping is finding those hidden gems!
