IPSOS Email Responses?

I know this has been discussed many times before, but curious if anyone ever receives a response to emails sent to mystery.shopping@ipsos.com any more? I used to get responses (days, weeks later) but I haven't had a response to an email in over a month (3 sent). I'm wondering if they have a new email alias and I just missed it.

I do receive responses, I am currently in the middle of an email back and forth about a shop. But it hasn't always been the case, they answer when they feel like it... Ipsos is becoming a company that I'm staying away from - their guidelines are always poorly written, there's always something you can easily miss, buried somewhere under 7-8 pages of guidelines. And then if anything goes wrong (like a store doesn't provide a receipt for some reason, or a location is closed) they rarely answer you and reject everything. In the recent months, Coyle has been easier to work with than Ipsos, and that says a lot!

For most of those E-mails I've sent, I do get a response - days later.

But, here is my continual dilemma: As an example, currently there are numerous shops that have had their rotation lifted and are bonused nicely - nice enough to make a route. However, to make the route, especially with a couple of shops a distance away (that I can self-assign), I need to get a response before weather prevents travel to those farther shops. So, in accordance with the instructions, I contact my scheduler and the general E-mail.
Crickets - especially if the message is sent on a Friday. Perhaps getting a reply on Monday or Tuesday.

So Ms and Mr Scheduler, do not now assign those shops to me. I could have done those over the weekend, but not now - the storm has arrived. Yes, I realize that not everyone works the weekend. In the winter especially, I work as the weather allows. It would just be nice to have someone who fills in on the weekend for those of us who are willing to also work the weekend.

Sigh
There was one time that I sent an e-mail and I received a reply a few hours later.. There was another time I sent one and I received a reply about two days later.

There was a shop that I could have done today (Saturday Dec 10).. However all the dates between now and the due date (the 15th) were gray and I could not pick any date.

I did a search and I tried to pick one that was like 100 miles from me and it would not let me select the 10th either.

I just hope it is like a system glitch or something..

I agree with French... It will be nice if someone works on weekends or at least takes turns.

I just received a mass email from them about 10 minutes ago.. So not sure if it is a computer generated thing or a person actually sends those e-mails out.

I sent a question to a scheduler several days ago and have heard nothing. I've had them ignore me before, in fact most of the time. It is very frustrating. I need to take a screen shot of my receipt but the whole receipts won't fit in one shot. What do I do? Anyone? The scheduler certainly isn't going to tell me.
@luckymoose1 I would take a photo so that the entire receipt fits in one shot, regardless of how far away you have to get. Once you have a clear photo of that, I would cut the receipt in half and see if that allows you to get a shot of the entire receipt. Cutting the receipt in half has been in prior guidelines.
The problem is you have to scroll on the phone to get the full receipt. I need to make the entire receipt smaller and I haven't figured out how. It's not like a picture I can make bigger by using my fingers. Thanks for the reply
I have been making small bonus requests to schedulers and hearing nothing for days, until finally the bonuses go up to I can just assign them myself at that rate. That's fine in and of itself, but now I have fewer days left before the holidays to do them, and I'm sure everyone else is in the same boat. With Maritz all the shops usually got assigned early in December so everyone could have more time off. Sigh.

Will there be some way you car tear the receipt in half and put them side by side.. I know of a couple of shops that I do, the receipts are very long.. I tear them in half and I put them side by side.. I take a picture with my phone, E-mail it to myself. Save it to my desk top. and I upload the receipt from my desk top to the report.

Never had a problem before smiling smiley
The receipt has to be a screen shot of my on line order from my phone. GRRRRR

when you get new email about new shops try to shot back even that question not about the shop they offer. Yopu will get answer back. I tried such few times and got answer.

Will there be some way you can order stuff from your laptop/desktop computer and save the screen shot to your desktop.

Every time I order stuff, I always use my laptop computer. And if I need I a screen shot I save it to my desktop and I up load it to my report.
At the suggestion of an IPSOS editor I've been tearing very long receipts in half for years. Place them side by side and photograph away.

I don't know what kind of phone you have. But when I have to submit an online receipt and can't fit it all in one screenshot, I scroll down to the very bottom of the receipt and see if there is a line that says, "view entire message." Click on that and the whole receipt will be on one page. It will look very small, but the MSP can enlarge on their end to read. I've never had a problem doing it this way, I have an IPhone.
Same thing here. Instead of having to ask for a.rotation be lifted.by email, ipsos needs to just allow the schedulers to toggle the task.

Before anyone starts whining it cant be done, they obviously don't know SQL or PHP.
I am having the same problems with Ipsos. I saw a job close and decent pay on Jobslinger stating it was an Ipsos shop. I inquired about the shop to scheduler because I could not self assign it. After I was told by mystery.shop email that they do not post on Jobslinger. I replied back with a screen shot. Crickets. I am also having trouble signing in from Jobslinger and other Sassie into Ipsos website. I have created 2 profiles thinking I had done something wrong. I heave heard nothing back for help.
