How do you get in contact with a live person at IPSOS?

It’s doubtful that you can. You used to be able to, but Ipsos has become onerous over the years. You have to wait for them to contact you.

They would like you to message them through Facebook. I know that is borderline ridiculous but since they no longer do phone calls or emails, they respond there. Go to their page and click on "Message". You'll also notice they direct people to use that method.

There used to be a manager, Carey Medina, who you could email and she would respond but appears she isn't there any more.

Carey is still there. Six staff members are listed on the "news" section of their Shopmetrics site, with email addresses for five of them.

Regarding what? If it's a scheduling matter, you may be "lucky" enough to have Karen and communication should not be a problem. If there's no scheduler attached to your shop, good luck finding someone to respond quickly. If it is about something else, I would expect a quicker response if you went the social media route instead of relying on email.

I really don't think mystery.shopping@ipsos.com is an option. The response rate from mystery.shopping@ipsos.com is about 10%. And if you get a response, its days later and most of the shops are time-bound so any response is too late. Thats the crux of the issue. YOU are wonderful and responsive!

I just email some of the people from Ipsos who have emailed me. I usually get a response.
Had an issue with an editor rejecting a shop for what I considered to be an invalid reason. I forwarded the details to mystery.shopping@ipsos.com and the project manager fixed it within one business day and responded directly to me.

I've emailed that address for other things in the past and not received a response... seems to be hit or miss, but I was happy with the rejection being fixed.

It's been my experience that one is never able to speak to a person with this company. Exclusively via email.
