See Deep Consulting- Pay Question

I completed two shops on 11/11/22.. They both have been approve.. As of Feb 1 2023 I have not been paid yet. It says pending

According to their web site it says pay is with in 47 days of completion.

I emailed the scheduler asking about it and they have not reply back... Is there someone else I can contact?

I have done shops for them in the past with no problems.

It took them almost three weeks to approve my shop form November..
I found a number to Sea Deep ,,, I called this morning but it went to voice mail.. I know it has been almost three months since I completed 2 shows, but how long do I wait before I contact the BBB?

It is not a-lot of money they but every little bit helps..
I have done one shop for them Dec 5/2022. I emailed them never got a response. They supposed to pay on the 15th of the following month. But it is Feb 12/23 and still waiting to get paid.
I have not had any problems with them till this time around.

Hopefully they will get their act together
Did you login to isecretshop to make sure that your PayPal email is in your profile?
I hope they don't do like Satisfaction Services is doing sad smiley

I emailed, waited a week then called. Of course the call went to voice mail. I have not received payment or a returned call for 3 jobs in November.
Jack Roldan is listed as the CEO of See Deep. His email is Jack@seedeepconsulting.com. He is also on LinkedIn and says he accepts direct messages there. Jeff Brunner is listed as Director of Accounting at See Deep. My guess is you could email him at Jeff@seedeepconsulting.com. He is also on LinkedIn. Worth a try. Sometimes the CEO is unaware of issues.
I just received two different messages (2-24-23)

# 1---- Your message wasn't delivered to Jeff@seedeepconsulting.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.


# 2--- You should see that payment now pending on ISS. That will be processed I am expecting by the latest Tuesday. We are just waiting for those funds to get transferred into the PayPal account. They say 3-5 business days but it seems that is really more 5-9. Thank you!

So if this is true, I will be paid sometimes in March

That's still an awfully long wait. And they offered no explanation or apology? And they only paid when you chased them down? Fishy.
The first time I emailed them was around Jan 11 (which was 60 days after the shop). I did not contact them again till Feb the 24th.

Other than the email that I received on the 24th, there was no apology or explanation..
