IPSOS Shopmetrics Profile Update

Is anyone else finding a barrier to logging onto the IPSOS Shopmetrics platform? I'm being told to update my profile. I have updated it....but when I try to log in...it still says that I haven't updated it.

When I click on the "my shops" tab on the left hand side, I can still see my shops but the "home page" still says I have a 0% profile completion.
I have been having the same problem. If I go to job list it will let me see jobs available so do not understand the problem. I have emailed company but have not heard anything yet. I thought it might be just a way to make sure everyone had the information in their profile
I just found a number to call Monday-Friday.833 782 .0522. Go to news on website and then to shop information.
It fixed itself.... I'm doing shops for them today so I'm hoping the site allows me to post them...but for right now I have my full profile back.
