No response from the company, either by email or phone. So, they left Prophet and are on shopmetrics. I must register with that new site. When I do it says I am already registered. So I sent the request for a password change, said the form was sent to my email but nothing. I have tried this several times. Anyone know HOW to get onto their new shopmetrics site?

I was able to use the same login credentials as on the old site.
Are you on Gigspot? When I login it is taking me to the gigspot site. Maybe when they migrated the accounts over it did something goofy.
I am not on Gig spot and am unfamiliar with it.
That is what the message says, but won't work.
My suggestion would be NOT to get on Gigspot. Granted it allows you to see all the companies that it has under it's reporting umbrella, but it is a royal pain in the butt.

Also, I thought I saw a post here that it went out of business the end of January.
Also not a fan of Gigspot but when I logged into shop metrics it took me there.

San Diego - CA
Susan, would you have the time to put CA in there, any location such as a big one, maybe Los Angeles, and see if there are any shops here? I still can't access the Shopmetrics for them and maybe should just work with them on the Isecretshop site.

Then you are signed up with Gigspot. To access each companies Shopmetrics page you would need to terminate your account with Gigspot and then log in via Shopmetrics. As long as you have a Gigspot account, logging into the individual Shopmetrics page will always bring you right back to Gigspot.

Big Sky, I logged in and looked at major California cities. I saw 16 within 100 miles of Los Angeles, 3 in Fresno, and 1 in Sacramento. None in San Jose or San Francisco.
