SICK AND TIRED OF IPSOS SHOPS!

I did some shops for Ipsos- phone shops over a month ago.
They are showing as pending review.
No word on why they are not approved.
No pay processed- no feedback
just tried of getting screwed around- the shops were done 100% as required and still pending review.
Do not waste your time with this joke of a company if you expect to be paid for your work

One less person to compete with. Please stop shopping with them if you are unhappy. Plenty of others are paid on time and quickly. I can't answer why you weren't paid or for the project you did, but the fast food chinese and drive-in burger shops, and bank shops pay quickly and frequently.

If you have not yet done so I recommend you try to contact the scheduler for your shops. I too have never had issues like yours and I have been shopping for them for years. I do not do phone shops however.

I've had some that were pending for a long time too. Eventually they pay out unless there are clarifying items. At least you had no out of pocket costs with the phone shops. I think maybe they are just swamped with editing.

I find them to be one of the more consistent companies to work for!

I disagree that IPSOS pays the fast food shops quickly....well, maybe quickly, but generally, they expect the shopper to be very flexible at the location (in terms of gathering the data for the shop diespite irregularities in the shop itself or the environment/weather/labor shortages at the site!) yet, IPSOS is entirely inflexible when the shop reveals data that is NOT according to the client's MSP....(closed drive-thru, closed drive in stall, incorrect toppings on sandwich, hand written receipt only). YMMV.
