Second to None Approval Time

I searched and didn't find any Second to None topics, so I'm sure I'm not looking correctly, but do they have a history of inordinately long approval times? I've done two shops for them that moved from a company that used to approve them in 24 hours, and with these I am on week 2 of waiting. Thanks for any insight!

Every shop I have done with them has been approved within a day, usually within an hour or two. Two weeks is a very long time, wonder if its going through some QA process or double checks?

In my experience, they approve grocery shops very quickly but take almost two weeks for some phone shops.

They are pretty quick for grocery, usually 24 hours. One of my fuels took a few day. I had a restaurant that took over a week. I think it depends on the editors for the projects.

Thanks for the info y'all. I haven't shopped for them previously, but they picked up a shop I like to do from another company. I'm glad to know this is not their norm, but I'll wait to take on any more work with them for the moment.

Is this the ghost kitchen client that came over from Intellishop? I've done a couple of those in the last week and I'm still waiting.

The long wait was actually on a physical restaurant but one that also has a ghost kitchen. The ghost kitchen shop did take longer than grocery though.

STN approves mine on the same day. If they don't, I know they will be contacting me with clarification questions or better pictures of my receipt.

"Payments are made between the 15th and 20th of each month for all shops completed and accepted during the previous month." But any shops done at the start of one month will be 'pending' for almost 2 months until payment!

The grocery shops with no narrative take less than an hour: sometimes minutes!. I wonder if they have a program to check those rather than a human. Other jobs with more narrative seem to take longer (days or even weeks). They are still paying on time if approved.

I did this one also and it took around a week to get approved.

Still waiting for approval on a shop done on March 27.

That doesn't sound right. I would check your messages and if there are none, maybe contact the scheduler.

I wrote to them last month, because the time for approving their grocery shops has increased a lot, at least around here! What used to take 3-4 days for approval has now gone to 7 days!!! I asked them if their merger had anything to do with this, and if they have new people reviewing the grocery shops. They wrote back and basically told me in a nice way that it's all a figment of my imagination, that no new people are working on the grocery shops, and that their turn-around time hasn't changed. Hmmm.

All of mine are approved, usually within 24 hours, somes just a few minutes. Longest I waited waited was 2 days for a fuel shop.
