Ishop for ipsos /ipsos LLC

Hi. I am pretty new in mystery shopping. I have downloaded the prestomobile app and i tried to signup for a project and it opens a new tab and it takes me to ishopforipsos site and l requires me to login my credentials. I already have an account with IshopforIpsos but it says invalid credentials. I am so confused if they are the same company or not.

You are new. Don't try to complicate things up front.

They use 2 software platforms. One is called SASSIE that quite a few companies use.

I have shopped 20 years and don't even bother with the presto. Get familiar with the easy stuff first, then add to your list after that.

The "ISS" program with IPSOS is the beginning period of a project. There is no scheduler to work with. Once shops sit on the job board for awhile, then a scheduler gets added to help complete the shops for that period.

hbbigdaddy, you explained what I have been in a quandary about for months. They have so many emails to me with different portals (if that is the correct word): IShopFirst, Shopmetrics, SASSSIE, Ishopforipsos. I never know which site to login to. They all, of course, have differet logins as I came on board at different time and the requirements change for password containment requirtement, etc.

You are not alone.

Karen,...what you said clearly states how Ipsos is run.

Well I don't really agree with that of course

- what I meant is that as an IC Scheduler I also have to stop and think sometimes as to which platform a project is one - but that is the ones that I don't schedule so I am not as familiar with that.

The Presto shop app has to be done ON SITE. If you have poor service you will never get the shop done. The Presto app, I believe, show only be used to do the $5 shops for the menu boards at the drive-up only. NEVER do any of the menu boards that ask for more than 5 photos. The last one I completed was for inside the Golden Arches for menu pricing. It took 2 1/2 hours to get the shop filed. I had to go to the menu board and retake the photos 12 times. I am surprised I was not asked to leave the premises
