Has anyone else taken a break from shopping, only to come back and find your Confero account has been deactivated? I hope not.
From The Beginning:
I tried creating an account with my email address, and found out I already had one, last used probably 7 or so years ago.
I tried resetting the password. It doesn't work, just keeps giving an error message.
I reached out to support asking to be reset.
They replied asking for a TON of info, none of which was too dangerous to give away, but it was a LOT, especially since the email address is the exact same one that is on the account, and the same one I was emailing from.
So I reluctantly sent them the info, which included a phone number I haven't had in five years- which I disclosed when I sent it all.
They told me the only way to reset my password is to retrieve a passcode from that old phone number that they just sent, and then I could have my account back.
I reminded them I already told them I don't have that phone number anymore.
They told me to then go ahead and just create a new account.
Uh. So... a new account? But.... [scroll up and read again From The Beginning]
I don't want to use a random email address because things will get lost, like in case they reach out for shop correction, or something. I just want them to either delete my old account, or give me access! Ugh it is beyond ridiculous! Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
