USPS hazmat shops

They can be picky. First, was it under 1 of the 2 scenarios that you are not to ship the imagined item Retail Ground? Second, you should have received an email saying it was rejected. I respond to it when that occurs.

Thanks - I guess what i was looking to find out is that if I'm "mailing a package for my mom" and say I am not sure what is inside AND refuse to allow them to open the box. Should the clerk by standards automatically reject from me mailing it all together or is a clerk allowed to even offer ground since I am not allowed to confirm if the contents are hazardous?
For the purposes of this shop, it is immaterial. If Retail Ground is offered, then it is to be shipped.
