IPSOS Shopmetrics Side (Grading)

I just logged on the Shopmetrics side of IPSOS and I noticed on the right hand side is my performance grade.

I have never noticed that before.. Has it always been there?

How do they grade the reports on the the Shopmetrics side?

Once I complete the shop, I always submit the report as quickly as possible.

Well, what do you know? I never noticed that before! Probably because I don't stay on the Home Page for more than a second, but go right to the Jobs List. Interesting. Thanks for pointing that out. I also wonder how long that's been there!?!?
It's always been there. If you look at your completed jobs, there are usually comments on your grade and how they arrived at it. If they need clarification to an answer, they usually knock off two points. If your writing is not in complete sentences, there are spelling, or punctuation errors, they usually take away one to two points. I've never seen less then a seven on grading, unless they reject the shop, then it's usually a 1 out of 10.
I am looking at my completed jobs and I don't see my grade or any comments unless I am looking in the wrong place.

I just see statement ID , the number of surveys in that pay cycle, and the pay date..

Same here, I noticed that grade percentage show up only two weeks ago. And I do not see comments on my shops.
There were a couple of times I would receive a clarification on something by email and they needed more information.

It would list my grade in the email.

After they received the updated information and approve it, it would not list my grade or any comments

Mine has not always been there. Before about 2 weeks ago, the only time I saw the grading was when the editor emailed me for something. I don't think my score has changed for years.

I don't see any comments, either. Just a percentage. I think mine was 91.5%. I've been shopping with them for years and years, and I have NO IDEA how they came up with that. But there it is!!
Perhaps it is our average grade (not rounded). Mine lists more than 200 shops. I'm guessing most were 10's with a few 9's thrown in, resulting in a 96.2 average. Of course, we don't see the individual shop grades. This is just a guess...
For IPSOS, the grading system is not actually complete for all shops done for the company as a whole. You have the grading percentage for the ShopMetrics shops. SASSIE shows the average grade as a number from 1 to 10. And the shops for them through PRESTO do not have either a grade nor a percentage. Those ones just show if they were accepted.

The scores you are referring to are on the Sassie platform (1-10 scale). The OP is posting about the Shopmetrics platform (percentage).
