Premise - Cannot cash out via Paypal

Hi Everyone, I have not been able to cash out of my Premise account for over 2 months now. Is anyone else having issues ? I have contacted customer service, and I keep getting the response that they are working on it.

I used to do quite a bit for them and it was profitable. I am amazed at the people who continue to do work for a company that has not been able to pay for two months. I hope those that continue, don't get burned!

I haven't done any jobs for them for the last two months either. But money is money, and they have some of what I've earned. I was hoping to find others that are having the same issue. Isn't this site for support ? Thanks, anyway. Best wishes.

The only things I do with Premise are their surveys. It takes awhile to earn $10 that way, but every several months, I get there, and cash out. The last time I cashed out to Paypal was January of '23, so 4 months ago.
I will say this...when I first started with Premise and tried cashing out, I would get messages that it was in progress, then failed. This happened several times. I would send a "ticket" to their customer service, and it would get fixed eventually. Hopefully, it's just a glitch in their system, but if you haven't yet, try sending them a message about it.

I've only cashed out once, probably around the same time as you. The very next time I had an issue, I messaged customer service from the app. This last response from them sounded sincere. But who knows when we'll get paid next. On another note, CloudResearch had issues cashing out with paypal recently, but it was resolved in a couple of days. Perhaps Premise is not equipped with enough staff. Here's hoping for the best for all.

Update: Customer service finally came through and let me know the issue was fixed and I would be able to cash out. I tried and failed again. This time an idea popped in my head. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And guess what... it worked ! I have happily cashed out since. But just in case this happens again, I have signed up with Payoneer. If anyone else is having problems cashing out, hopefully this will help. Peace and Love !

App crashed on me when I had some money built up. It never let me log back in. Then it said I had no account. Never tried again. Didn't follow up.

It's definitely one of the "lower on my list" MSC's. But when it's good, it's good.

JustPris, looking at the Payoneer app, it looks like there are fees to receive and to send money. How much are those fees. The last time I cashed out it was to Coinbase. Next time I will wait until Paypal is working.
