I got an email today. I copied and pasted everything here, including the crying emoji (?!) and mistakes. (ETA: the question marks in the subject were actually a crying emoji. Very strange.)

Curinos has moved to a new payment system . Please Do Not to worry if you are currently receiving Zelle or ACH payments we will still be sending those payments.
However, if you have elected to receive check payments we will need to get you updated to ACH or Zelle payments.
We have also updated the payments to only be processed once a month. We apologize for this change but the new team is much smaller since we have moved away from Informa's Shared Service department who previously handled all Curinos shopper payments. The new team is much smaller and only able to process payments on a monthly basis. This still keeps us within our 60 day timeline outlined in the shopper agreement. All shops from April 3rd-May 2nd will be paid between May 10th-15th. The new payment cycle will be all shops from the 1st of the month to the 2nd of the following month then paid out between the 10th-15th of that month.
We do apologize for this sudden change the Mystery Shop Department was advocating for at least Bi-Monthly payments but, we were told that was not possible.
