Primo Solutions

After weeks of horrible times getting their phone system to work it finally worked.
Did a few phone shops. Half were paid half are sitting in "pending review" status for extended periods of time without any feedback to me that there is an issue as to why they are not being paid.
Totally disgusted and about to cross them off my list.
Anyone else have this issue with them?

I am guesstimating I have been contracted with Primo for 13 yrs. and have completed a like number of shops. My pay has always arrived either when agreed or before that date and do not recall any difficulties with scheduler contact. The only reason for the scant number of completions is the work:pay ratio for a specific job being unacceptable to me, but that is business. I do not criticize Primo for only meeting my fee requirements when their need exists.
