Ipsos how to get self assigned qualified?

On their Sassie platform, there are Electronic Mystery Shops that I am interested in doing. On the far right side of the website it says "self assigned" then under it is blank. Other shops, which I have never done or passed any test it says "qualified". I went and tried to assign the Electronic Shop and it wouldn't let me. Then I clicked on tests that needed to be completed and nothing. Then I sent an email to the generic help desk, that was 4 days ago and have heard nothing back.
If anyone has any insight on how to get "qualified", please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

I always applied for the job and if I need to take the qualification test, it gives me a link to take the test.

There was another thread about a glitch in the system regarding self assign on another project. Maybe it affected this project too?
If it's "blank" as in absolutely nothing there it might be a technical problem. Clear you browser history and cookies? Try a different browser?

If you see a calender with grayed-out dates (unable to select), then the shop is currently not available for anyone to self assign. Dates might open next week or never. This has been my experience with more than one MSC on Sassie. Currently, I'm seeing one particular type of Electronics device with grayed-out dates.
Update. To date I have sent 6-7 emails to their mystery shopping email address and 3-4 calls to their toll free #. No response from them at all. Time to move on.
So, if I understand this correctly, you selected an Electronics Mystery Shopping, "Self-Assign" And it did not take you to the "Instantly Assign This Shop to Me"?

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

It takes me to the "self assign" screen but it doesn't say under the "qualified". I does take me to self assign screen but i can't self assign due to not being "qualified". Update, yesterday I did get a call from their 800#, I told the caller my situation, apparently it has to be referred to the supervisor. Presently, no call from the supervisor.
