Presto Instashops Removed Before Claim Expired

I was wondering if other shoppers had this experience with the Presto Intashops in the past few days. I had one removed from my account yesterday. I claimed it, then when I arrived at the location, it was not on my account. Today, I had 8 hours to complete another. I was in the middle of it, nearing the end, when it was removed. I was told the time had passed (8 hours) and that i could not claim it again for 12 hours. 3 hours had passed.

Getting gun shy about claiming more in the future.

Were those shops for a MSC that listed them on PRESTO, or were they strictly PRESTO shops?
They were the blue intashops. The one that was taken off due to time expired was for Intellishop.

Oh, okay. I heard of a MSC removing Instashops to give back to someone who did indeed let the time expire. But, it was not the one you named.
We had an issue with the last round of BP shops, they were coming off the list of full hour before the time was up. And I thought that it was because of the time change I thought maybe in Europe that they didn't do daylight saving time? Either way it worked out I still got all of the shops that I wanted to do.
I have had claimed shops disapear from my list but not recently.

But last night I took a look at the map and it was almost COVERED with blue pins! I got so excited! Then I moved the map, just a skosh, and all the blue pins went away. I was instantly deflated. They haven't returned since. PRESTO, YOU HEARTLESS TEASE!!!
Only thing that is currently showing when I'm signed in to Presto is pizza and credit card shops. I wanted to get gas before coming home tonight, but all the circle k shops vanished. I hope all the shops come back soon.. I don't want to use all of my cans of gas waiting..
I sent in a ticket to Presto right after it vanished. Still waiting for a response. Presto the shops vanish. No insta ticket resolution.

Two days here where I am all the c.k.s blue pins disappeared! haven't been able to do any, not a 1 and I'm broke breaking into my 50-dollar {worth of } change bank just to work, etc! (I haven't ever taken anything out in a year and a half just put in)! Plus low paying shops don't help and $300 worth of car repairs money this month!
Glad to see somebody talking about this, I was wondering what the heck was up with it. So strange that they are there then you click the map and all gone. The Caseys disappear for LONG periods and only reappear for short spans and never get up to the amounts they used to (what did they max out at 13,00?). Maybe someone is taking them, can't tell.
Update: Still waiting for the response to my ticket. Checked the map today. That shop is on it. For $2 more. I signed up, and made a screen shot of the expiration time. If it does it again, I'll email Intellishop directly this time.

Well, for $2 more, I completed and submitted the shop. Wonder if the person(s) who picked it up between times ran into the same problem.

Presto got my son today. He claimed a shop, drove to the place, and Presto pulled ALL of those shops in the 20 minutes it took for him to get there.
I noticed this too! I am in Chicago area and pretty much all the blue Instashops are gone.
Were the gas shops? I read something the other day that made me think that Ipsos was making all those shops to the "first come first serve" format and encouraged everyone to quickly chose their shops for May. If that is the case and the shops were probably Pulled from the Presto boards after you selected them.
Barb,
No, blue pin, Insta shop. We schedule regular sassie shops on the MSC sites, not on Presto. I may look at the orange pins now and then to see what's new and different, but we don't sign up for then on Presto.
I had a credit card shop disappear on me today. Support told me that no shop exists because that location is inactive. Whaaaa????
The other day I was in a large shopping complex and jobs randomly appeared. Who knows?
Looks like a shop I was going to sign up todo was pulled while I was reading the info. Amazing. I clicked on the shop to read the instructions and the time limits. The screen loaded, then reloaded, and it said at the top of the page that the shop is no longer available. That's the strangest way I've ever been shut down.. lol.
Sometimes when I click on one and do as @Morledzep had done, and it stated as they stated, I will go back and try again and it will be there, so I claim it again. There is another problem with a glitch on claimed shops on the Presto App. Instead of getting the full amount of time to do the shop, the time limit will be erroneously reduced to minutes. So, when those minutes expire it is gone. I have had to go right back and reclaim the shop and verify the correct time limit loaded at the top of the shop. Irritating and still not addressed by tech support for Presto after all the complaints.

I had this happen, but luckily I caught it as well and just reclaimed it a couple minutes later.
If you received an email today from a liveshopper address today and have had an issue with blue pins or Instashops disappearing after you have claimed them, then perhaps emailing that person will get a better response than contacting support.

Maybe the people with the power that can look into the issue of shops disappearing after you have claimed them are not in customer support.

Pins disappearing from the map and showing up again at a later date is a different case. That has to do with quotas, money being in an account, dropped shops, and so on.
I've actually come up with a hack of sorts. I claim the shop then immediately do the check in and then start entering info. Yes it's incorrect but it seems to hold the shop. I obviously don't finish or send but just go back to the map and when I do the shop it's there. Just re-enter everything and you're good to go. I have done this three times with shops that have previously disappeared and it's worked. Hopefully that helps put some money in your pockets.
@Domjohnm - I understand about the check in and partial entry, but does not the shop have an expiration? How long does the shop remain in your possession? I do not get where you said you go back to the map and it is still there. That would mean the shop returned to the map where anyone could potentially claim it. Because when it is "yours" it is no longer on the map. So, what do you mean?
I meant you go back to the map from the half completed report. Yes the clock still rolls. But it's no different than if you accept a regular shop that starts ticking when you claim it.
I was just asked to add additional info for a Presto shop. As I was typing, it automatically refreshed and said thanks for your submission. I am hoping they allow me to continue adding comments because they asked for clarification and I wasn't even finished typing.

You got a response from Support? I'm still waiting over a month.
