Has anyone ever been paid from Satisfaction Services for the past year?

I couldn't find the discussion thread on this but I recall seeing many many frustrated shoppers who were never paid for their shops that they performed for this agency. Their website is still active but I haven't done a shop for them since they stiffed me on a shop I performed for them in October 2022. Emails are not responded to from "Mickie". If anyone has any tips on how to get reimbursed, I would appreciate it!

Yes...many unsatisfied customers with their services. I am not one of them. I haven't shopped for them since Obama was in office.

Are you still seeing them post current shops to be completed?
I am still still seeing a couple of shops posted. I believe it is for the same restaurant that I performed in the past. I'm not interested in performing it but apparently the restaurant must still be their client.
I have to believe someone else may have done this already which is why I have posted my question. Hopefully, if they have been successful, then I will follow suit.
I don't think it will do any good. They have a rating of F with BBB, and all complaints are unanswered.

They are still actively recruiting me. I wrote to their scheduler Raquel and she claimed the payment policy is the same as always. I’m sure she’s well aware of these issues and was trying to trick me into taking a shop. She should be ashamed of herself.

I also heard from their wonderful longtime editor who said her own payments fell behind. They eventually paid the editor who then quit — she had also gotten lots of angry emails from stiffed shoppers.

It’s too bad because they have some great clients in South Florida but if I actually shopped for them right now I’d have only myself to blame when I got stiffed.
Wow. Thanks for sharing your very recent experience and the update on the company. I think I will just need to write off that loss and not perform anymore shops for them! The restaurant shop that I performed for them was actually pretty terrible and I would never spend my money dining at it so it is a bitter pill to take when I paid for it!
Have you been able to get Mickey to answer the phone? I have called from different numbers with no success

Oh, that is awful. I am so sorry to hear this. Here I was feeling sorry for myself for $80. I wish you success with them. This is so wrong.
Performed a shop on June 3 and have not been paid. I've called and emailed everyone I can contact. No luck. This is shame. I will not be doing any additional shops for them. I traveled a good distance to do this one, too.
Sure glad I never tried that stupid salad shop with mega-narrative and enough reimbursement for, maybe, a small leaf of lettuce. Hadn't SS been in business for quite a while? I'm sorry this happened to you guys.
If they will not respond or pay you. Consider going to the client to let them know. That will hit them where it hurts.
