IPSOS ratings

It will usually be in the e-mail response once it has been processed.

Yes, I sometimes get emails with a grade from the ShopMetrics side with some clients, but not all. The Sassie side does have a log and grades show up there.

Yes- you can see the score but they don't always add notes such as- Please attach better photos or more detailed responses.

When you log into IPSOS, at the top of the page where you normally click "Job Board" look to the left of "My Profile" and you'll see "Shop Log."

This will bring up all the jobs you've done with them If you have any jobs in your queue that you haven't completed yet, you may need to change the filter to "all."

One you see the past jobs, there is a "V" to the right that if you click will expand the job and you will see the job score on the bottom line along with any generic reviewer comments.
@big_sky_thunder: This is for the Sassie side. If you're talking about the Shopmetrics side, you're on your own. I've never done shops for IPSOS on that side. I used to do that client for BARE, but haven't done it for IPSOS.
Sassie will tell you what you have done wrong so you can check yourself and improve. Shopmetrics will not tell you anything.

Wordsmith Pros does the editing for IPSOS....quoting their Director of editing, "It's Ipsos rule that editors are not to send detailed feedback unless the shopper score is a 7 or lower."

According to Wordsmith, IPSOS (Shopmetrics) does not care to see their shoppers improve.

@Ms.Baker WSP doesn't do all the editing for IPSOS, but where did you see their Director state the IPSOS rule?

I ask because Carey has said on more than one occasion that we should be getting feedback.

Hi! I have been trying to figure out how I can increase my rating from a 5 to a 6 in order to do the shops on IPSOS if all the shops on the board requires a 6 rating. Who do I need to do shops with first to effect my IPSOS rating? (Im new, the 5 rating was automatic upon profile approval)

You will most likely have to email a scheduler and ask them to assign a shop to you (this was what I had to do back when I did my first Sassie platform shop with them). Schedulers are getting harder to find but you can use the generic email to request a shop also. Hope this helps smiling smiley
Three of my smart phone shops came back because one of the pick boxes was unchecked. Weird. I checked my copy and it was checked on the original. I did receive a 10.

I received comments that the promotional display was not shown. The particular mobile phone company usually does not have promotional advertising at the displays anymore. Hard to decide if the phones are on a specially branded display (Brand name only in identical signs to other brands). However in this case, there was a sandwich board promotion on the other side of the store. From my report, I marked 0 customers. Taking the display photo without being detected was a one time opportunity.

I emailed the grader about the circumstances and received a nice reply. I figured it might help in the future.

Keep PDF copies. After a couple of 9s from a specific editor quickly ask what you needed on a particular site you name(with the ID #) and tell them your grading is very important to you and could they provide feedback. If they don't respond after a reminder go direct to the MSC brand team or PM. Be genuine if you think it is a recurring situation with a specific editor. I learned that my vest was not observed in the restroom pic. Right. I was still covert during the store eval. Now, if I can I make a small piece of the vest reflect in the mirror. It means I have to make a second trip to the restroom sometimes.
I have stopped responding to editors to ask them to reconsider a judgment call. I just give them what they ask for. If they say the OSA is expired and it clearly is not...yes M'am. Here you go. I figure the bucks & grade aren't going to change if I spend more of my time, or theirs.
Emm,

There is a particular editor who goes above and beyond to make sure that I don't get anything better than a seven. Everything I get that might even be slightly wrong, or a picture put in the wrong question, according to her anyway, turns into a seven out of 10. She doesn't give 9/10 or 8/10, it's either 10/10 if she can't find anything to harass me over, or it's 7/10 if she can.
