This was my thought, but the note says it’s a payment for a popular CA fast food chain which I haven’t eaten at (shop or not) in years. So there’s no chance of me even having completed this shop elsewhere.@ArkLaMissshopping wrote:
[www.sassieshop.com] Could you have done a job for them through like Gigspot, ISS, or another company like these?

After checking out the posted link, I am curious. So, what happened to Irene and BGriffin? Haven't heard a peep from either of them.
So in other words, if you're not already in their "circle of trust," there's no way to prove yourself and get in? Since the job board is generally empty?@hbbigdaddy wrote:
Yes, they do the huge West Coast (now expanding east) burger chain. They do not pay like five guys for their burger shops. They are a solid company and pay quickly and reliably. They have built relationships with their shoppers and they usually reach out to shoppers directly with assignments. They do not want to bother posting shops (but they do occasionally) and having shoppers flake on them.
I'm not aware of them posting shops on the other platforms other than Sassie.
Doesn't really address what I'm talking about. "The point is, you can get yourself added to the rotation ..." OK, how? By "knowing someone" like your friend? By writing them a really sweet and persuasive cover letter? I'm not seeing how somebody outside the "walled city" gets in.@hbbigdaddy wrote:
I have a friend who only shops for this company. He is not really interested in shopping that much, but likes 2 of their clients enough that he will do it for them. I recommended him and they like the work he does, so he keeps getting assignments.
The point is, you can get yourself added to the rotation, but they don't really post anything on Sassie like nearly all of the other Sassie MSC. They use the job board as a "last resort." They are very "hands on" and meticulous in assigning shops. It's certainly not the most efficient way to operate, but I guess they would rather know the job is going to be done and be done correctly than to have a bunch of flakes or re-shops. They do not do the volume that IPSOS or the other mega-MSC handle.
Just apply on the SASSIE site and send an email to Jeff. His email is listed above in a different post.@KokoBWare wrote:
