The Jack Network

I did my first shop last month for The Jack Network. They have several casual and fine dining shops in my area. The one I did was a fast casual with a decent reimbursement and a $10 fee. The shop requirements were reasonable and the report was pretty easy with little narrative. They are scheduled by KSS. Does anyone know when the Jack Network pays?

What is the company name? I remember doing something for a company that had "Jack" show up on the log in page, but it was a company I rarely shop for and I can't recall what it was. I can tell you how they pay, if you tell me the name of the company. I don't think it's called The Jack Network, but maybe it's not what I'm thinking of.

Ah ha..I found it. Consumer Confidential..They must have changed their name to The Jack Network but whatever.
I did a shop about a year ago for them and was paid at the very end of the following month via PayPal. Unfortunately, I did the shop early in the month so it seemed like forever. They don't have much around here that I see.

I am signed up with the Jack Network, but the only jobs I've ever actually done for them have been Presto Insta-shops, so I've never had to worry about when they are going to pay.

It's been a while since I've worked for them but I believe Ms. Judi is right, end of the next month.
Yes, agree. I’ve done a number of shops for them and it’s always paid at the end of the following month.
OK, thanks! Yes, Jack used to be Consumer Confidential. I was registered with them but never did anything for them. Jack now has a whole rash of food shops, my preference for mystery shopping. They seem to have gotten several of the clients that Restaurant Cops used to have. Does anybody remember Restaurant Cops? I miss them. They were a Prophet company and really nice people and they seemed to have only food shops. Restaurant Cops seemed to just disappear several years ago.
I have done a few Jack shops over the last couple of months. The reports are pretty standard, and the payment arrives by the end of the following month.
The Jack Network is a poorly run Mystery Shopping company. The pay timeframe is fairly standard for the industry. But when completing reports they severely lack in communication. Once you submit a report, you must log back in to the Sassie system and check your report daily until it is marked completed. If not, and if anything is needed for clarification, they will not notify you. Compared to other Mystery Shops on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, they rate a 2 at best. They are plenty of other Mystery Shops out there as the industry is saturated but as a shopper, it gives us many options. I highly advise to keep your distance from the Jack Network.
Having no recollection of these names, I checked and learned I registered 18 yrs. ago, but never received any offers of work. I then verified I was active for E-notices and checked out 200 miles, but nothing was listed.
I shop for them regularly and have no issues with the editing and communication. Scheduling on the other hand is hit or miss. There have definitely been schedulers that I like and are super responsive and others who are not at all. They contract with Kern now Auculicity? for scheduling.

Check your spam file. My email from them keeps going there.
I always get an email with my score and some sort of comment. If they need more info, they also tell me what is needed. I think they score with a lot more mercy than other places. I did a shop for a pizza place and was not sent a text or email confirmation for the order. Instead, I sent a screenshot of the order right before it was placed. I was still docked points even though it was not my fault I never received confirmation. Other MS also dock points for things outside of a shopper's control.
I really like the Jack Network. I am able to enjoy meals that there would be no way I would eat there because of the expense. I have been able to take out some friends and they also have been able to enjoy the food. I don't do the high end shops for pay, but the fun and experience. I keep the other shops for my core group pay. The information is extensive, but expected for really high end shop. I also use the KSS for the same shops as well.
