NOTE: Applications are not checked over the weekend, please do not apply for shops after 1PM.
So with more than one time zone in the US and 2 alone in TX, what 1 PM are they referring to? CI is based in TX so would it be whichever time zone their city is in? I can't imagine choosing a mid-day cut-off time.

1pm CST on Fridays to apply for shops that weekend as they may not get to it by closing time. That was my understanding.

Hi everyone,

Someone posting that message about 1pm is news to me so I will address it with my staff. During the summer months we try to offer a benefit to our staff by rotating shifts where a portion of the office is able to take a half day on Friday but we have protocols in place to cover their projects with other staff members until we close at 5pm central time.

It was designed to be a benefit to the staff for their hard work to enjoy a little extra time during summer but also not sacrifice our quality/attention to you all. If that has become the case then we will make adjustments should we decide to do it again next summer.

The last 2 Fridays this will occur are this Friday and next Friday. I will make sure that the staff that works the full days each of the next 2 Fridays check all projects to assign any applications that come in that are eligible to be assigned.

Please accept my apologies for any disruption this may have caused. Once we get past Labor Day it's full office hours like normal for the rest of the year. As always, if you need anything or want to ever bring something to my attention, don't hesitate to email me at dprice@customerimpactinfo.com. I always want to make sure my staff is doing a good job and if they fall short we can use those moments for teaching/training.

Their emails usually state their office hours in CDT Central Daylight Time.
