So you are logged into the ipsos site, but they are telling you that you are deactivated? Why would they allow you to even login. They should just block your access instead of blocking that you can assign shops.
Marketforce didn't allow "deactivated" shoppers the ability to log back in.

That's how it happened to me - I was still able to log in and see shops, just had a message I was blocked when I tried to self-assign or apply. You probably did something at some point that upset someone at Ipsos... if they don't re-instate you, move on, there's a life after Ipsos lol 
It is my opinion, Ipsos is soooooooooooooo mammoth, the head often ignores the tail. I sent them a notice of deactivation, which was acknowledged, but I continued to receive available shop notices. Next, I notified them of the situation, but continued to receive the letters. Finally, I sent the company to SPAM. When they arrive, which is at least weekly, they land in my junk folder..
You could just change your email address in the profile to some wrong email (or incomplete email) and you wouldn't get them anymore.
something like yahoo.co instead of yahoo.com
or use one of those old email providers that is now defunct like earthlink.net
maybe better yet, you set up the email to go back to them using the senders email address :-)

I know. That’s what was so confusing. I just heard back today that I am deactivated because I submitted a torn receipt and they viewed it as fraudulent. ?!?!?! So stupid!
I don't think I know anybody, personally, that has never received a torn receipt in their life! We all get them sometimes.
And this perfectly illustrates what I have said, they think we are all dishonest fraudsters and it's up to us to prove that we're not! That is how they see us.

I find the torn receipt excuse to be a little strange. There are a couple of gas stations that I do, one in particular that the man behind the counter gets mad when you ask him for a receipt and he intentionally rips the receipt when he pulls it off the printer.
I turn the receipts in in the condition that I get them. And I don't always remember to explain why.

There probably was a change of management at some point... I don't know where they are going with this, but they seem to want only shoppers that work for lower and lower fees, and everything goes according to what they have in mind, otherwise you're wrong. I just saw on Insta Presto that their shipping shops went down from $10 to $8... I mean, in times of inflation... really?
The shipping shops on Presto are different and very quick and easy. They haven't lowered the fee for the regular shipping shops. These are something else.

I feel ipsos is getting petty. One week something may becokay the next week it isnt. All depends on the scheduler and editors mood that day.
Felicia- you might want to change your username to something more cryptic. Others are being deactivated for telling it like it is.
Helena posted excellent advice to Felicia, as most shoppers either need the money or enjoy the lifestyle shops.

One of the USPS shop editors are being non-responsive and refused my shop even after I provided a correct receipt. Dealing with this particular individual is ridiculous. She thinks she's God or something
