karen at rbg/rlms

I just found out I got disqualified from signing for Niiki Atkins shop at rlms formerly rbg. She is a real life karen. Apparently early this year I had a shop where I asked if I could switch the date. She responded "what does the shop notes say?". I then thanked her for the rudeness. She then got upset and started spamming me from both her rbg and rlms emails. She ended up disqualifying me from all her shops. I tried to message her supervisor but no response yet. Watch out for this karen.

She kept sending me emails from both the rbg and rlms emails she has that I called her rude...talk about hypocrisy
One of the most decent schedulers who schedules for a different MSC is, in fact, named Karen. Just saying.

Karen is a GOOD scheduler. The same can't be said for Nikki or Elise, these ladies give all schedulers a bad name. .

yes I agree, I never had issues with Karen. I never had issues with Elise either, but Nikki is nuts
Was she at Customer Impact a couple of years ago? There was a Nikki there that was great!
Brad, Nikki has worked for most of the MSCs. She's been removed from most of them. She used to schedule for Ipsos too.

i’ve done thousands of jobs for them since 2016 and don’t remember any nikki’s? they do have a track record of good schedulers. it’s interesting that whenever i think one isn’t as good, they never last long.
I've worked with them for several years too and I don't recall her being a scheduler there.

People are not born mean nor hateful; it is learned. Still, one can always choose to overcome what one is taught and be kind and care. It baffles me when people choose otherwise.
Agree completely about Nikki. She's impossible to deal with. I wonder what caused that?
I think that posting someone’s personal Facebook page for no apparent reason sets a pretty bad precedent. If you don’t like her don’t shop for her, but let’s not turn this into a doxing site.

BTW I’ve never had an issue with her. Now her colleague Robin who gave me a flake after ignoring my multiple requests to postpone a valet shop by one day when my car was in the shop and then had to pay someone a huge bonus when the shop went unfilled…
Last I heard, Robin is a supervisor, and is no longer actively scheduling. Robin was a good scheduler, she followed the rules, treated shoppers with respect, and when she had to say no, she did, without being rude, condescending, treating them badly or cheating them out of money. Both Nikki and Elise have done to these things to me me to many other shoppers. These women have EARNED their reputations..

Interesting. Robin ignored me and then claimed I flaked the shop in July and I still get job notification emails from her all the time. And I’ve never had an issue with Elise or Nikki. Just goes to show that everyone’s experience is different.

Could someone point me in the direction of RML? I can't find it in the list. I no longer find anything available for RBG and would like to continue with their merged partner.

I still go to realitybasedgroup.com and have no issues. The emails are starting to come from a different address, but the job board is the same. Maybe there is just nothing in your area? I only have two contracts that I see regularly in my area and they are often gone quickly at the beginning of the month. Pick other cities and take a look perhaps?

I wish people would stop using "Karen" as a general derogative term for women.

Most of my interactions with NIkki over the years were simple and without drama because most shops were simple and uneventful. She did her job as a scheduler and I did mine as a shopper. The problem, as I see it, is she is moody and sometimes treats shoppers unprofessionally. She crossed the line with me so many times that I eventually decided to avoid doing any of her shops. I have no regrets. Less toxicity, happier life.

I personally have had no bad interactions with Elise and I consider Robin a good scheduler. YMMV.
