What do you put for time on Shopmetrics forms?

What do you put for the time at the top of the shop metrics forms? They usually ask for a date and time you enter and exit anyways. This always confuses me since sometimes I make a phone call prior to going to a restaurant, so I am not sure if I should put the time as when I started the phone call or as when I entered the restaurant.

I always put the same time as I put for the enter/arrive time. The shipping client specifically states this as a requirement, but I do it on other shops too.

Restaurants on Shopmetrics? Maybe I'm missing something. The start and stop times do NOT include the phone call before you go on any shop. If the want to know the time of the phone call they will ask in the report. The same goes for the follow-up calls after the shop. If they want the date and time, they will ask, it is not included in the shop time.
