Alta 360 Shops - Now I Remember!

Recently, I did an Alta 360 shop for the first time in quite a few years.
Reflecting back, I could not remember why with this MSC, why I stopped doing their projects. As I scrolled through their information, I found their pay policy:

"Effective with all assignments completed on or after June 1, 2020 Alta360 Research offers disbursements by PayPal only. Disbursements are made on the last day of the following month from the date the project or opportunity was completed by the Independent Contractor...."

Ah yes, lesson learned - a shop performed in September may not be repayed until the end of October.

IOW, a 2 month interval. Sacre Bleu!! I must write this down somewhere!

here!

They pay like clockwork. Any shops you do in September will be paid on October 31. It's only 2 months if you shop Sep 1. They're a really good company to be associated with. Never a problem.

They do pay like clockwork and their schedulers are generally friendly and accommodating, so I enjoy working with them. I tend to do shops that are a fairly low out of pocket expense, so I'm ok with waiting on the reimbursements.
ACL is the same way. If you complete a shop on September 1, you will get the reimbursement the last week of October.

Dang. I was all excited about learning a new word today. Is it like five times a year or something? Is there sex involved? Then I saw the correction. lol

There are still quite a few companies with that type of pay schedule.

Right, most MS companies have this pay schedule or one like it. Payments sent out once a month to cover successful shops from the previous month.

I'm not one - yet.

However, I do know several who are now confirmed "quitesexuals".
FF- I hear you. Getting paid 6-7 weeks after doing the work is "late", or...a long time to wait. I don't care if that is also done by other MSCs....It is certainly NOT the practice of businesses in this country, or in Europe, for that matter. I stopped doing their work a few years ago when I got a payment from them, and it was even later than usual (10 weeks, if I can recall), so late that I had already filed away that month's spreadsheet on my jobs! Seemed like free money, but, well...not.
