ACL Website Lagging when writing comments for shops

Is anyone else experiencing a lag when typing in the comments boxes while filling out a shop form for ACL? I don't experience lag on any other websites, but I am experiencing this problem with ACL. I find myself writing in a document and copying it into the comment boxes because it becomes so annoying.

Weird. I filled out a report for ACL today with no issues.

I'm noticing it too. I thought it was just because I'm using a wireless keyboard, but I was on my laptop today and it was seriously delayed when typing into the boxes. So now I'm typing into a word doc and then copy and pasting.

It is interesting what something like this will make you think! I have noticed this problem for a several weeks with ACL. When it first happened, I was using a new mouse and that that was causing the problem.

Yes! Very annoying.

I ended up copying and pasting yesterday as well. It was frustrating.

Yes, it has been happening to me. I used to see the same problem on SecretShopper's forms, as well. As a former web programmer, I chalk it up to some background process running (poorly and slowly) after a keystroke triggers it.

I was chatting with the ACL scheduler. They are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. It was better for me Friday, so crossing fingers!

Same. I changed the batteries and all.

I haven't done an ACL shop for months now but remember this happened several times last year. I lost one report. I would save all my narratives in Word.
