Intouch Insight / See Level. Changed Date Without Notice.

Hello.
I just wanted to let you all know of something that happened with this company.
I signed up for a shop for today, Friday 11/3. It was self-assigned and Friday was an available date on their calendar. I received the automated email from them acknowledging the self-assigned shop for Friday, 11/3. Once assigned, I went into the company guidelines. The guidelines specifically stated not to shop on a Friday night. I then messaged the company through their website (this was yesterday Thursday, the day I accepted the shop) and advised them of the issue. No answer. Today I went back to their website and they changed the date to tomorrow, Saturday. I did not receive any correspondence at all and certainly not about the date change. I cannot complete this shop on Saturday. I have once again messaged them through the website.
This does not seem like a good business practice and is definitely a dissatisfier for shoppers.

On a similar note just today and yesterday I am dealing with an issue like that for a different well liked msc. I was assigned a shop to be done 11/12-14. It was accepted by email weeks ago. The original date 11/12-14 was proposed to me by the scheduler and it was in my log with next weeks dates.
Yesterday I got a notice that my shop is upcoming for today thru Tuesday (Nov 5-7). I have had a one day barrage of emails back and forth. I had not gotten any notice whatsoever that my shop dates were changed to today thru Tuesday until the reminder email yesterday. But sure enough when I checked my log the job dates there had been changed.
Finally now after having it changed once to this Tuesday only when I cannot do it I will be doing it tomorrow. I do need to cancel other things I had for tomorrow but it seemed like they really wanted it done this week with no notification to me! And no apology for changing the dates with no notice.

Not telling you about the changes they made was unprofessional. But you didn't give them alternative dates that would have been acceptable for you either. I don't have any problem with SeeLevel usually, but I don't leave changes to chance, I suggest one or two other days that I'm available to do the shop and If those days aren't good for them, I ask them to remove the shop.
Prince, in my case this is a shop that is desired by me and also a shop that gets quickly grabbed and at a good pay for my time rate. So I did not want to cancel it or get on the schedulers bad side in the hopes that if I accommodated her I can get this assigned to me for future shops. I am doing it today instead of next week. I did not have to switch dates on important unmovable plans though.

My experience with Intouch Insight schedulers has been very good. Have you reached out to them?
I can't talk about SeeLevel who they apparently purchased.
